2025 Graduation Information

Arrival Procedures:

• General parking will be located in the student parking lot, front/back parking lot of high school, front/back parking lot of CTE, and along Lion’s Lair Rd.
• Handicap parking and handicap drop off/pick up will be located in the parking lot on the home side. You must enter off Lion’s Lair Road behind the baseball field.
• Once the student parking lot is full, it will be closed. Parking will be available in the additional parking lots.

Dismissal Procedures:

Once dismissal procedures begin, ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED INTO STUDENT PARKING, for any reason. If you need to pick someone up from the stadium, you will pick up from the home side gate entrance and will enter off Lion’s Lair Road behind the baseball field.

1. Student parking lot will exit East/Right onto Lion’s Lair Road towards Sayle Street.

• No vehicles will be permitted to turn Left onto Lion’s Lair Road.

2. Front/North parking lot and front CTE parking lot will also exit East/Right onto Lion’s Lair Road towards Sayle Street.

• No vehicles will be permitted to turn Left onto Lion’s Lair Road.

3. Rear/South high school parking and rear CTE parking lot will exit through the rear entrance to the high school onto Lark St or Southbound Sayle Street.

• No vehicles will be permitted to turn Left onto Sayle Street. towards Terrell Road. All traffic must continue onto Lark Street. or turn Right onto Sayle Street.

4. Handicap parking lot will exit Southbound/Left onto Monty Stratton.

• No vehicles will be permitted to turn North/Right onto Monty Stratton towards Lion’s Lair Road.

Student and visitor safety is the top priority of Greenville ISD. Greenville ISD Administration will be actively monitoring the weather leading up to graduation time on Friday, May 23. In the event of uncontrollable circumstances, the following plans will take place:

If inclement weather arises on the evening of the event, the ceremony will be delayed until later in the evening, as the conditions appear safe. Greenville ISD will not delay the ceremony any later than 10:00 p.m.

In the event the conditions do not allow for the ceremony to begin with a delay, Greenville ISD will postpone the graduation ceremony to Saturday, May 24, beginning at 10:00 a.m. 

In the event the conditions do not allow for the ceremony to begin with a delay, Greenville ISD will postpone the graduation ceremony to Saturday, May 24, beginning at 2:00 p.m. 

In the event the conditions still do not allow for the ceremony to be held outdoors, Greenville ISD will postpone the graduation ceremony to indoors on Saturday, May 24, beginning at 6:00 p.m. 

If circumstances require an indoor ceremony, each student will receive 3 tickets for guests.
